For a transformational experience. Our vocational courses in Pranayama and Meditation short courses are a great way to learn how to clear the mind of accumulated thoughts and to invoke new, positive habits.
Whether starting out with your first steps in or you need to revisit the fundamentals again, our Yoga Courses provide a solid foundation for a practice that will last you a life-time.
These classes help you to co-ordinate the breath with movement using a series of classical yoga postures to build the sequences of sun salutations. You'll build stamina, awareness and release tensions and detox the mind and body leaving you feeling vibrant and alive yet centred and calm.
And because each week your are building your inner resilience, you may find that you accomplish more in a shorter space of time - which is perfect if you are going through a life transition such as moving house, changing job or helping others to progress in their life's transition.
All if this is great for people looking to build a strong practice for the mind and body.
Generally, the group size ranges between four and eight people as we aim to give you the maximum guidance so you feel as if you are receiving personalised advice.We'll explore:
* breathing techniques to calm the mind and
strengthen primary respiratory muscles.
* review the most effective way to move by
deconstructing and re-building safe habits.
* develop a routine to build upper-body &
* how to access your energy centres
* relaxation techniques to manage stress
* techniques to improve focus
Participants leave each class with a short sequence for home practice. In addition, many people experience a better quality sleep so they feel vibrant, alive, centred and calm

Why not start and begin your week with a mindfulness practice session.
Learn new techniques or brush up on your favorite practices, this group will be practice based and encourage finding new ways to notice our thoughts and how we choose to approach them and work with them.
Mindfulness is a great way to release some space in your busy head, and to learn about yourself and the way that you work in relation to your mind. We will explore different practices to allow us to be in harmony with our thoughts and inner world.
No previous experience is needed to join this group. Everyone is welcome!!
