Whether starting out with your first steps in or you need to revisit the fundamentals again, our Yoga Courses provide a solid foundation for a practice that will last you a life-time.
These classes help you to co-ordinate the breath with movement using a series of classical yoga postures to build the sequences of sun salutations. You'll build stamina, awareness and release tensions and detox the mind and body leaving you feeling vibrant and alive yet centred and calm.
Generally, the group size ranges between four and eight people as we aim to give you the maximum guidance so you feel as if you are receiving personalised advice.We'll explore:
* breathing techniques to calm the mind and
strengthen primary respiratory muscles.
* review the most effective way to move by
deconstructing and re-building safe habits.
* develop a routine to build upper-body &
* relaxation techniques to manage stress
* techniques to improve focus
Participants leave each class with a short sequence for home practice. In addition, many people experience a better quality sleep so they feel vibrant, alive, centred and calm
