NEW Class Credits for Greater Flexibility and Resiliance
The impact of COVID-19 and how practitioners choose to practice has encouraged us to re-visit our class packs.
So we create a Class Credit System which offers more flexibility and choice between home practice and practicing at the Shala. It will also provide resilience and continuity should 'lock-down' be imposed on us again at short notice.
A Shala class is valued at 3 Class Credits and an Online Class is valued at 2 Class Credits. The unit value of a credit reduces according to the number which are purchased.
Sadly, there is also a 10% increase on the old pricing simply to cover the additional equipment and service levels to ensure a #safeyogapractice.

Class Credit Packs
Designed to help you build a regular practice, purchase a set of credits to be taken within the given time frame. The classes can be taken weekly, or take a couple of classes one week and non the next. Great for people who have dynamic schedules.

I just wanted to say that I really enjoy yoga. I started in November just for fun and over all these months I noticed my general health has improved a lot. My physical strength has improved and my mind health too. I am more in control of my feelings and my emotions and I feel a stronger person. Health speaking, I recently had various blood tests and my doctor was really pleased for me as they were pretty good as they have never been so good for years. I do recommend yoga to everybody. It is not magic but it will give you a new lease of life.
