Yoga Teacher Training Workshop

The Purpose of This One Day Workshop is to explore some of the yoga techniques used to help uncover your innate wisdom which could propel you to become an authentic yoga teacher or to connect with your innate wisdom through these beautiful practices.

My hope is that within the time we spend together you'll start to build a picture of who you are as a yoga teacher.  This could include gaining insites into:

The route of Yoga you’d like to specialise in Asana (postures) Pranayama (breathing), Yoga Therapy, Meridian (energy) etc

How you’d like to develop within the wellness industry

A map of how to link various forces of energy together so they work in harmony with each other.

Who you’re aiming to teach & why e.g., Corporates, Children, Communities, Athletes,

The relevance of a yoga practice for the group you are working with

My hope is that you gain an idea of what is involved in the YTT Programme and for you to have an experience and mini transformation. Also, for you to take something away that you can include in your personal practice.
