Are You Ready to find the ART in Yoga
Active Awareness

By Active Awareness I mean being aware of your physical well-being, the well-being of your mind and your vibrancy.
We will show you how to move better to release tensions in the gross muscle, resulting in greater range of movements. Your body will feel lighter and free of aches and pain most of the time. We will also show you how to breath better for increased energy and centring in stressful situations
Repetition

By Repetition I mean repeating techniques so they become automatic, paving the way for a safe, progressive development in YOGA.
Each week during our yoga programme , we repeat techniques covered the week before so that you become proficient. And then we build our knowledge and experience so you become better, developing at a rate that is comfortable for you

Tenacity

By tenacity I mean 'to keep going' after learning how to integrate the body, breath and emotions so they continue to support each other.
You'll also strengthen their bond so you increase the harmony between your thoughts, actions, and behaviour for better experiences within your universal world – whatever your challenges

Even though I have practiced yoga for a while, I feel like I now have a good foundation in yoga.
I want to develop a my physical practice more but my friend wants to develop a personal practice so she's not dependant on classes or You Tube. My other class mate wants to build more flexibility in his hips. And Clarity Yoga Shala provided a range of classes to support each of us.
So its great this course helped each of us to find the right path.
