​Many people today live a life seems to filled with juggling schedules, excessive travel resulting in lack of time, lack of rest and being low in energy which results in us being low in resilience and a reduced ability to cope. Yet somewhere inside there is often a small voice encouraging us to do something different; to try something different so we can create a different experience but often we do not know what.

As a yoga teacher, one option could be to share focussed Pranayama - which translates as ' to extend the inner life force' - with education into how it can support dynamic life-styles.
Or in more practical language - to rebalance, centre and calm the nervous system resulting in the mind and body experiencing the adrenaline frantic state with a state of calmness.
And our course will help you to share the depth of pranayama from a traditional persoective. This will allow you to share and adapt to your audience - knowing that the depth is rooted in tradition from one of Indias oldest yoga schools.
