Teach with Confidence, Care & Integrity

Did you became a yoga teacher because you wanted to help people feel better — in their bodies, minds, and lives.

But offering adjustments to help your practitioners along this path can feel daunting:

?

Am I doing this safely?

?

What if I get it wrong?

?

How do I support students without overstepping?

This Yoga Adjustments Training gives you the tools, confidence, and embodied understanding to offer adjustments that are safe, empowering and genuinely supportive.

We'll show you how by developing your awareness of the energetics behind delivering adjustments so you can read the un-said signals which your practitioner may not be able to voice..

This is not about “fixing” students — it’s about listening, responding, and guiding with sensitivity.
