This Yoga Adjustments Training gives you the tools, confidence, and embodied understanding to offer adjustments that are safe, empowering and genuinely supportive.
We'll show you how by developing your awareness of the energetics behind delivering adjustments so you can read the un-said signals which your practitioner may not be able to voice..
This is not about “fixing” students — it’s about listening, responding, and guiding with sensitivity.

Develop confidence in asking for consent, reading body language, and responding to students with care. We'll show you how to ask the right questions and how to build BEFORE offering the assist.

Energetic Awareness
Learn how the breath and ayurveda can influence the effectiveness of adjustments.

This training unfolds as a progressive journey — from energetic foundations to embodied, hands-on application — allowing you to build confidence step by step. All sessions are experiential, with time to give and receive, integrate learning, and ask questions.

Setting the Scene: Energetic Foundations & Therapeutic Touch
How to work within an energetic space as a yoga teacher
Inviting, holding, and guiding practitioners with clarity and sensitivity
Introduction to Sen lines from Thai Yoga Massage: Ida, Pingala, Sushumna, Kalathari
Texture, rhythm, and quality of touch informed by Ayurveda
Outcome: Begin delivering yoga adjustments with a therapeutic intention, rooted in energetic awareness.

Forward Folds, Rotations & Hip Alignment
Give and receive adjustments for forward folds, twists, and hip alignment
Support students with restricted movement
Balance hands-on and verbal adjustments
Build confidence through repetition and feedback
Sunday 8th February | 9:30am – 6:30pm
Backbends, Upper Back & Inversions (Where Appropriate)
Give and receive adjustments for backbends, upper back opening, and inversions
Support students in emotionally or physically challenging poses
Safe approaches to spinal extension
Encourage confidence without pushing limits


Monday 9th February | 10:30am – 3:30pm
Integration, Confidence & Teaching Application
Integrate energetic awareness with physical adjustments
Refine touch, language, and presence
Apply learning directly to your teaching
