Join us for a special Black History Month Yoga Fundraiser supporting the children of Congo. Through Child’s Pose, Breath, Sound, Meditation & Dance we’ll reconnect & invite that part of self that may have been lost in the past to return to help navigate the future whilst feeling whole & complete.
