ART of Yoga
Leading from the Intro to Yoga Beginner course, we’ll be building from the foundations which we laid in the beginners class. Feel stronger and build on the classic yoga poses known as the big six. Build more strength and stability within your legs, lengthen you spine and your hamstrings, start to experience and greater sense of being open and deeply relaxed.

This Power Hour really is the space to create inner stillness and reset your clock on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Enjoy mantra, healing bowls, Breathe Work and Meditation.

Slow Flow Yoga

Your emerging light starts to shine a we consciously coordinate breath with movement using classical yoga postures to build resilience and strengthen the core of your being. You will love connecting deeply with the body, and building techniques to improve your practice release stress and tension to embrace a deep sense of peacefulness- shining from the inside out

Ashtanga Yoga Mysore class for people looking to develop a self practice

A yoga experience evolved from the Ashtanga system - and merged with the philosophy of the INCA medicine wheel, making this class suitable for everyone who has enjoyed yoga asana and looking for something a little bit different.

Whichever class you choose, you’ll always be welcomed into the class and spend a few moment catching up with recent events, you’ll be invited to set an intention, you’ll be offered personalized guidance when necessary, and adjustments if you which and we’ll help you with yogic breathing. Of course there is that wonderful rest at the end to allow the mind and body to settle and enjoy that sense of Bhava, so you leave feeling refreshed, full of positive vibes and abundance of energy.

I just wanted to say that I really enjoy yoga. I started in November just for fun and over all these months I noticed my general health has improved a lot.
My physical strength has improved and my mind health too. I am more in control of my feelings and my emotions and I feel a stronger person.
Health speaking, I recently had various blood tests and my doctor was really pleased for me as they were pretty good as they have never been so good for years. I do recommend yoga to everybody. It is not magic but it will give you a new lease of life.
5 months into a regular weekly practice
