Service Description

Using Ashtanga Yoga as a model to develop self practice using classical yoga postures in a way to suit the uniqueness of you. Here, you'll explore self practice and guided practices to find your natural rhythm, improve focus and mindfulness and take what you know to a new level. You'll enjoy the confidence and achievements as your practice flourishes.
