Jasmine oil comes direct from the flowers of the Jasmine plant.
It can be used during child birth to massage the lower back with to alleviate pain. (avoid during early pregnancy).
Jasmine oil is also a great aphrodisiac and re-ignites couples sex lives.
For the mind Jasmine oil can help to rebuild confidence, stimulate imagination and remove blocks to expressing emotions. Can be used in meditation too.
How to use Jasmine oil:
For massage mix 10-30 drops of Jasmine oil with 50mls base oil, and massage onto the affected area.
For Baths: add 2-4 drops of Jasmine oil to one bucket (25 litres) warm water.
Aromatherapy compresses can soothe aches and pains: Take a bowl of hot or cold water as required. Add 1 drop of jasmine oil for 100 ml of water.. Immerse a cloth in the water, squeeze it lightly and place over the affected area for 10 mins. Repeat 3-4 times. Use hot water for muscular aches and pains and cold water for sprains or headaches.
