As the longest night of the year gently turns toward the growing light, we gather in community to honor this sacred moment of stillness and renewal. The Winter Solstice marks a natural pause — a threshold between darkness and illumination — inviting us to rest, release, and realign with our inner radiance.
This evening is a deep journey through movement, breath, sound, and ceremony, designed to deregulate the nervous system to release — physical tension, create mental clarity, pacify seasonal triggers, and clear energetic blockages — so you leave feeling grounded, whole, and connected.
