Enjoy a guided meditation merged with restorative yoga as you support your physical body in yoga postures supported with cushions, bolsters, bricks and blocks for long periods of time. Class format includes breath work, minimum movement and meditation. What you will love the stillness yet the initial challenge may be allowing the mind to settle as you become aware of how busy it is! For sure by the end of the class you will feel delicious, stretched and rejuvenated.
