Up to this point you had been feeling unwell, and received a number of healing meditations and energy healing to help you through what I believe was an energy clearing. This took about 3 weeks. After which you felt better, went on holiday and managed to climb a small mountain (as I recall). Today was about summarising the journey, and closing the space, ready to open-up to new energetic experiences.

today we reflected on the journey so far, and concluded the recognition of acceptance in all its forms along with the gratitude which can accompany acceptance.
We experienced the 8th chakra and discussed its significance in connecting with soul self. Your experience was that of energy and a presence.
We connected with the ancestors of the Day Keepers and Wisdom Keepers - and a soul representation of the feminine and masculine. You experienced the Day Keepers (Healers, herbalists, midwives) as deep stillness, You experienced the Wisdom Keepers (stewards of the earth, mountains and adventure) as connectivity.
Your Practice
Using your experience of the different energies whilst embarking on your practice
1). Use Prayer for Sacred Space to formally open space within your house or any room in your house
2). Open your 8th Chakra with intention to consciously experience
infinity, health and wellbeing. Experience a presence and energy.
