I just wanted to say that I really enjoy yoga. 

I started in November just for fun and over all these months I noticed my general health has improved a lot. 

My physical strength has improved and my mind health too.  I am more in control of my feelings and my emotions and I feel a stronger person. 

Health speaking, I recently had various blood tests and my doctor was really pleased for me as they were pretty good as they have never been so good for years. 

I do recommend yoga to everybody.  It is not magic but it will give you a new lease of life.
