Even though I have practiced yoga for a while, I feel like I now have a good foundation in yoga.
I want to develop my physical practice more but my friend wants to develop a personal practice so she's not dependent on classes or YouTube. My other classmate wants to build more flexibility in his hips. And Clarity Yoga Shala provided a range of classes to support each of us.
So it's great this course helped each of us to find the right path.
3 Key Steps
By Active Awareness I mean being aware of your physical well-being, the well-being of your mind and your vibrancy.
We will show you how to move better to release tensions in the gross muscle, resulting in greater range of movements. Your body will feel lighter and free of aches and pain most of the time. We will also show you how to breathe better for increased energy and centring in stressful situations.
By Repetition I mean repeating techniques so you build emotional resilience as new connection between the mind and body are created to help you cope better in those stressful situations.
And in addition you'll build connections within the part of the brain which is responsible for movement, creative thinking and keeps you calm.
By tenacity I mean 'to keep going' when you feel you've reached your plateau. After learning how to integrate the body, breath and emotions for greater homeostasis between the nervous system, the endocrine system, the cardiac and respiratory systems; you'll just feel healthier, vibrant and alive.
You'll also increase the harmony between your thoughts, actions, and behaviour so you feel centred – whatever your challenge.
